Job summary

SE&M Constructors, LLC in North Carolina is seeking an experienced pipefitting foreman to take direction from the Superintendent and manage day-to-day field activities through project completion. You will lead a crew of up to five, oversee pneumatic and hydronic piping systems, perform pipe sizing calculations, read blueprints, and ensure safety per OSHA standards.

This role requires strong communication with General Contractors and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in pipe fitting or plumbing in industrial/commercial settings.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Experience leading a crew of up to five field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from Superintendent and oversee day-to-day field activities.
• Measure, cut, solder, braze, thread and install pipes and fittings.
• Repair leaks and test pipe systems for safety and function.
• Lead weekly safety toolbox talks and ensure on-site safety standards.
• Coordinate material orders and communicate with General Contractors and inspectors.
