The role emphasizes revision control, permitting with AHJs, liaison with contractors, and mentoring team members in a dynamic, cutting-edge environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience interpreting home office engineering documents for construction purposes.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings.
• Effective oral and written communication.

Aufgaben

• Resolve in-progress issues related to drawings and specs with timely responses.
• Liaise with home office engineering, outside firms, and client representatives.
• Provide on-site interpretation of documents and drawings, including change-management input.
• Engage in permitting with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
• Coordinate with Design‑Build contractors in the field.
• Ensure revision control for all construction documents.
• Ensure contractors have the latest revisions to construction documents.
• Manage changes in design and installation and communicate timely information.
• Support Field Quality and NCR resolution with engineering teams.
• Mentor junior team members toward objectives.
