Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Mechanic to deploy across multiple active project environments, inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy haul vehicles, mixer fleets, and related support equipment. The role involves field service, on-site diagnostics, and adherence to safety standards.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years of related experience or mechanics training. Outdoor work, long hours, and the ability to lift 100 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related mechanical experience or mechanics school graduate
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 100 pounds
• Willingness to work long and unpredictable hours

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, overhaul, and repair heavy haul vehicles and mixer fleets
• Perform fleet PMs and emergency field support across project environments
• Maintain safety and environmental protocols and FMCSA records

Skills

Valid driver's license

CDL preferred

Outdoor work in all weather

Heavy lifting 100 lbs+

Education
