Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in inventory management, warehouse ops, customer service, material handling, or related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in field-based environments.
• Knowledge of inventory practices, material handling, receiving, stocking, and replenishment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP, inventory, scanning, reporting platforms.
• Valid driver's license and travel ability.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer locations and material programs.
• Build productive relationships with customer personnel, project teams, maintenance, purchasing, and Crawford partners.
• Respond to inventory questions and service requests with urgency and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities to improve material availability, productivity, visibility, and customer experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, auditing, replenishment, and discrepancy resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels and complete replenishment activities based on demand and service requirements.
• Identify stockouts and excess inventory and coordinate corrective action.
