Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Material Solutions Coordinator to support daily material management programs, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely replenishment while collaborating with branch teams, sales, and operations. This field-based role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues quickly.

You will manage onsite inventory, vendor programs, and data in ERP systems to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, customer service, material handling, distribution, construction support, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel to field locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer locations and material programs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, auditing, replenishment, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate material deliveries, job-site logistics, and customer service requirements.
• Support KPI reporting and continuous improvement for inventory management and service performance.
