Crawford Electric Supply Company seeks a Material Solutions Coordinator to support daily material management programs across customer locations. You will ensure inventory accuracy, partner with branch teams, sales, and supply chain, and drive efficient replenishment and on-site services.

This field-based role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving, with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in inventory management or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based setting.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned customer locations and material programs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and replenishment.
• Coordinate material deliveries, staging, and site services.
• Identify stockouts and coordinate corrective actions with partners.
• Support KPI reporting and customer scorecards for inventory performance.
