Crawford Electric Supply is seeking a Material Solutions Coordinator in Irving, TX. This field-based role requires visiting customer sites, scanning inventory, replenishing stock, and maintaining accurate records to ensure reliable service.

You will collaborate with the Material Solutions Team, travel locally, and support installations and inventory control with a hands-on approach. Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with job-related software and mobile apps.
• Ability to perform physical work and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and independence.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site scanning of bins, cages, job trailers, or storage locations.
• Execute replenishment tasks to maintain accurate stock.
• Monitor Min/Max levels and flag issues for escalation.
• Provide consistent customer interaction and escalate when needed.
• Maintain documentation and replenishment logs.
• Support installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and inventory.
