Qualifications

• 3+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing in the Cybersecurity field.
• Experience supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with sales teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles.
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional field marketing programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Support the planning and delivery of high-impact events, including executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars.
• Partner closely with sales teams to engage target accounts and support deal acceleration efforts.
• Assist in developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value prospects.
• Help launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels.
• Experiment with AI-driven tools and tactics to personalize outreach and improve campaign performance.
• Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Support co-marketing initiatives with partners, customers, and industry communities.
