Job summary

Chervon North America Inc is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage and grow key retail partner relationships across an established US territory. You will educate store teams on Chervon branded tools, conduct in-store demonstrations, and drive sales through merchandising, training, and consultative selling.

The role requires energy, cross-functional collaboration, and travel to stores daily. The position emphasizes weekly to quarterly sales targets, with a base salary in the mid-$50k

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business required.
• Ability to train and develop champions of products in retail.
• Experience building relationships with retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers.
• Train and develop product champions across the retail environment.
• Merchandise products to drive sales in assigned stores.
• Develop relationships with consumers, partners, and internal teams.
• Analyze weekly/monthly sales and advise on sales strategy.
