Job summary

Freshworks is seeking an execution-driven Field Marketing Specialist to run events, webinars and field programs primarily across India with support for APAC/EMEA. You will own end-to-end delivery, partnering with Sales, Marketing Ops, procurement, finance, and brand teams.

You should be a genuine doer with strong business sense, able to manage multiple moving parts, and continuously look for improvements while traveling as needed to support global campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech marketing.
• Experience running field programs, events and webinars end-to-end.
• Strong business acumen: connect programs to pipeline and priorities.
• Data confidence and Salesforce fluency.
• Willingness to travel and work across markets/time zones.
• Fluent English and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of physical, virtual and third-party events, roundtables and webinars, from concept to post-event follow-up, with a focus on high engagement and ROI.
• Own the budgets, timelines, and vendors and agencies, from vendor paperwork and POs through to invoices, ensuring on-time within budget.
• Work with Marketing Operations on campaign setup, lead and attendee uploads, and Salesforce tracking.
• Collaborate with local field marketing owners across programs and ABM activations across India, and support scaled campaigns across APMEA.
• Manage vendors, agencies, event logistics and swag, evaluating third-party opportunities and optimizing spend.
• Coordinate with brand, content and design teams to deliver assets on time and on brand.
• Build reports and learnings to inform Sales and Marketing on what to repeat or adjust.
• Experiment with AI tools to automate reporting, tracking and follow-ups, scaling campaign reach.
