Red Moon Marketing is seeking a full-time Account Executive in Charlotte, NC to support the Account Supervisor with Harris Teeter in the NC market. You will help execute marketing activations, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to hit project goals.

Approximately 90% of assignments involve representing our clients at events to educate consumers through engagement and product sampling. Travel and weekends are required as part of this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; event marketing preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing software/tools.
• Willing to drive company branded vehicles and travel; comfortable with weekends/holidays.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Account Supervisor in day-to-day client interactions and project updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and address issues.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver materials and initiatives.
• Help prepare client presentations and performance reports.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on trends and competitors.
• Coordinate pre-event planning, loading assets, and on-site setup/breakdown.
• Support event activations and day-of execution.
