Job summary

Red Moon Marketing LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a full-time Account Executive to support our Account Supervisor with managing Harris Teeter in the North Carolina market. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing activations, engaging consumers at events, and ensuring smooth client communications.

This role requires proactive, detail-oriented collaboration with creative, strategy and operations teams, frequent face-to-face interactions, and a readiness to travel and relocate to Charlotte

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing, communications, or related field; event marketing experience highly desired.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Supervisor in managing day-to-day client interactions and project progress.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and address issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to deliver marketing materials and initiatives.
• Prepare client presentations and performance reports; capture event metrics.
• Conduct market research on trends and competitors relevant to clients.
• Coordinate pre-event planning, loading in/out assets, and event setup/breakdown.
• Support marketing activations on event days.
