Summit Events is seeking an enthusiastic Event Sales Assistant to join our Charlotte team. You will represent client brands at promotional events and retail activations, delivering engaging customer service and helping drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

No experience is required as we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support. This role offers growth opportunities in event marketing, brand activations, and customer engagement within the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• Confident, people-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, events, or teamwork environments is encouraged.
• Outgoing and self-motivated; Comfortable speaking with customers; Goal-oriented and adaptable; Positive, professional, and eager to learn.
• No experience required — hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.
