Job summary

Red Moon Marketing is seeking a full-time Field Marketing Representative to support experiential programs and consumer events, primarily in the Dallas market. You will engage with consumers, educate them on client brands, and assist with event planning and reporting.

The role requires professional, outgoing individuals who can manage travel, evenings, weekends, and a fast-paced environment while representing both Red Moon Marketing and its clients with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in marketing, experiential marketing, events, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support client programs across the Texas market and coordinate schedules.
• Engage directly with consumers at events and activations, communicating brand messaging.
• Assist with planning, execution, and reporting of field marketing activations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-brand activations and timely project delivery.
