Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, events, operations, or admin support in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and accountability.
• Team-oriented and eager to build a career in marketing.
• Exposure to field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing.
• Experience supporting sales teams or go-to-market organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for AMS Enterprise Acquisitions field marketing programs.
• Assist with planning and execution of field events, in-person and virtual; coordinate logistics.
• Coordinate event logistics and post-event follow-up activities.
• Create landing pages and support finance and payment processing.
• Manage calendars, timelines, and project trackers to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and purchase requests.
• Maintain marketing calendars and event briefs; update documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support integrated campaigns.
• Handle ad hoc requests and operational tasks for field marketing initiatives.
