The Field Marketing Manager visits with BHHC's wholesale agency partners nationally and is responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships while growing a book of business.

What will you do?

• Understand and communicate BHHC's non admitted property product to the assigned wholesale agents
• Arrange virtual visits and in person travel to call on wholesale agents nationally
• Act as decision maker within the territory regarding all levels of agency appointments, agency commitment levels, terminations, and other types of disciplinary actions.
• Identify possible opportunities for new business by working with agency partners to review in-force business and work with Company underwriters to assist in the acquisition and retention of larger accounts.
• Develop the marketing strategy for the assigned agents
• In person travel approximately 50% of the time

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent
• 7-10 years related work experience
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and rating insurance products
• Understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance
