Hansen Technologies in Atlanta, USA, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive field and event marketing across North America, generating qualified opportunities and supporting the Energy and Utilities business.

You will partner with Sales and Business Development to plan events, webinars and campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze performance data to improve pipeline outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in field and event marketing across B2B.
• Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, webinars and events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience partnering with sales to support pipeline generation.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute trade shows, customer events, webinars, roundtables and partner events in North America.
• Coordinate event logistics: registration, venue, suppliers, materials and communications.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify target accounts and drive event attendance.
• Support pre-event outreach and scheduling to maximize engagement.
• Manage lead capture and ensure timely post-event follow-up.
• Track event performance and campaign results to inform future programs.
• Maintain marketing calendars, budgets and event plans.
• Assist with email campaigns, landing pages and promotional content for events.
• Provide reporting and insights to improve programme impact.
