Erie Home is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to build, coach, and lead a team of 7–12 field marketers, driving lead generation and appointments in door-to-door campaigns for home improvement solutions.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring strong performance while traveling to designated neighborhoods and maintaining a positive team atmosphere that fuels growth.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, self-motivated and people-focused.
• 1 year minimum in canvassing, door-to-door sales or outreach.
• Leadership or management experience is a strong plus.
• Experience recruiting and hiring team members is valued.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Tech-savvy with iPads and digital tools.
• Flexible availability; midday, evenings, weekends.
• Full-time commitment; up to 50 hours/week when needed.
