Aramark is seeking a Field Marketing Manager II to support clients with product innovation, merchandising and promotions. You will liaise between Aramark’s Marketing team and client locations, ensuring client and consumer needs are met while upholding Aramark standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in product, marketing and/or merchandising, plus strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to support events and meet business needs.

Formación

• Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and / or merchandising experience.
• Requires people management experience for at least 2-3 direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing preferred.
• A proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment on implementation of programs.
• A demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking and client interaction skills.
• Must be able to efficiently utilize social media and MS Office products to accomplish work tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts Marketing Research and Data collection focusing on groups, surveys, campus mapping, trend development.
• Develop Marketing Plans; create strategies and tactics to promote locations and boost sales.
• Develop and execute annual campaigns; support RFP responses, sales presentations and client reviews.
• Coordinate events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction and social media marketing.
• Build relationships with clients, department heads and community groups.
• Adapt duties as needed to meet business needs.
