Field Marketing Manager (Americas)

If so, Cytek Biosciences is looking for a Field Marketing Manager (Americas) to join our team and lead regional marketing efforts for our instrument and reagent portfolio.

What You'll Do

As the Field Marketing Manager (Americas), you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing marketing strategies tailored to the region. You'll work closely with Global Marketing, Sales Leadership, Product Management, and Operations to drive market share, revenue, and customer engagement.

• Instrument Portfolio: Adapt global strategies to regional needs, understand customer demands, analyze competitive pricing, and support sales in building a robust pipeline.
• Reagent Portfolio: Customize global reagent strategies, identify market opportunities, and remove obstacles to drive growth.
• Business Insights: Conduct quarterly business reviews for Americas leadership, identifying growth opportunities and challenges.
• New Product Introductions (NPI): Partner with Global Marketing to ensure successful regional launches in direct and distributor markets.
• Digital & E-commerce Strategy: Ensure the Global website and e-commerce platforms meet regional customer needs.
• Sales & Key Accounts Support: Work closely with direct and indirect sales teams to maximize revenue and capture new opportunities.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Insights: Review sales data, monitor market trends, and strategize to increase market share.
• Brand Representation: Represent Cytek at industry conferences, customer events, and distributor meetings to ensure brand consistency and strong market presence.

What You Bring

• Education & Experience: BA/BS in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Marketing & Business Expertise: 5+ years in scientific product management, marketing, or business development, with experience in product line management, pricing, forecasting, and supply/demand planning.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong track record of customer engagement and relationship-building.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new business opportunities, set goals, and execute effectively.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional written and verbal skills to work across teams and regions.
• Passion for Innovation: Interest in Life Sciences and Diagnostics technologies.
• Languages: Professional-level English required; additional European languages are a plus.

Work Environment & Travel

• Field-Based Role - Work remotely while collaborating across teams.
• 50% Travel Required - Domestic and international travel to engage with customers, distributors, and industry events.
