Big Bad Breakfast is seeking an energetic Local Store Marketer to grow our catering and brand through direct community outreach. This role is field-based, building relationships with local businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations through sampling, networking, and consistent follow-up.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with in-person outreach and cold calling.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to transport food items for sampling.
• Sales, marketing, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses, schools, and organizations to promote BBB catering.
• Deliver food samples and introduce menu offerings.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers (office managers, coaches, athletic directors, etc.).
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate catering opportunities, partnerships, and promotions.
• Execute grassroots marketing efforts in the community.
• Determine and communicate appropriate discounts or in-kind donations.
• Track outreach efforts, leads, and results.
• Assist with light administrative tasks, including invoicing and general office support.
