Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Field Marketing and Engagement Manager to execute the field marketing roadmap at the designated account, plan campaigns, promotions, events, and launches, and measure outcomes against targets. They will partner with the account leader to develop the unit-level marketing plan and share market trends to drive results.

The role emphasizes engaging with local communities, vendors, students, and team members to enhance brand activation and ROI across campus and community

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience in marketing, sales, or related field, with demonstrated ability to design and execute guest-facing marketing programs and measure outcomes.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to communicate clearly and write effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site marketing and promotional activities within budget to reach target audiences and generate demand.
• Launch internal brand promotions from go-live to ROI stabilization and ensure brand standards.
• Develop marketing collateral and communications materials aligned with brand standards and audience needs.
