Position Overview

Big Bad Breakfast is seeking an energetic and self‑motivated Local Store Marketer (LSM) to grow our brand and catering business through direct community outreach. This role is primarily field‑based, focused on building relationships with local businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations through sampling, networking, and consistent follow‑up. Over time, the position will also include light administrative and office support.

Pay

Hourly and salaried positions available based on experience, availability and part/full time.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses, schools, and organizations to promote BBB catering
• Deliver food samples and introduce menu offerings
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers (office managers, coaches, athletic directors, etc.)
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and follow‑ups
• Coordinate catering opportunities, partnerships, and promotions
• Execute grassroots marketing efforts in the community
• Determine and communicate appropriate discounts or in‑kind donations
• Track outreach efforts, leads, and results
• Assist with light administrative tasks, including invoicing and general office support

Qualifications
