Nothing Bundt Cakes - Lancaster, PA is seeking an outgoing Community Marketing & Sales Ambassador to represent the bakery in the local community. The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, focusing on partnerships with businesses, schools, hospitals, and nonprofits to drive catering, fundraising, and brand awareness.

This is outside sales and community outreach, not an in-bakery position.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, marketing, hospitality, or fundraising preferred.

• Outgoing, engaging, and self-motivated.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends for events.
