Insight Global is seeking a Field Marketing Execution Strategist to join one of their largest technology customers. This role will be a contract-to-hire position with eligibility for conversion starting at 6 months, however, there is strong potential to be on contract longer. The role is hybrid and will also require occasional travel, about 10%, for various events.The Field Marketing Execution Strategist will be joining a globally distributed team to execute marketing at scale targeting audiences with both local and global impact and helps companies adopt the right software to help grow and create innovative products. They will drive the marketing plan to support strategic goals and meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets and work with the Global Industry Planner and Zone Planner to understand investment priorities and select and prioritize program activities. You will be communicating with and educating cross-functional teams about new and planned marketing activities, including global and local programs. This is an individual contributor, non-people managing opportunity. However, this individual will be managing up to 6 workstreams/events simultaneously.
Must Haves
- 3-5+ years of Marketing experience including:
- Inbound marketing strategy/execution
- Demand generation strategy, execution, and performance management
- Managing multi-channel and multi-product campaigns
- Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, pipeline volume, and progression
- Wrike, Salesforce or similar WMS platform experience
- Project management experience and ability to work independently
- Enterprise-level company experience managing multiple project workstreams at a time
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, demand generation, pipeline contribution, and demand waterfall concepts
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business +)

Responsibilities Include
- Executing and operationalize field marketing programs across assigned territory by managing the flow of marketing content between sales, marketing, and market planning teams—ensuring timely deployment across channels and industries without direct content creation responsibilities.
- Align with sales stakeholders on objectives and the expected marketing impact
- Build and execute marketing plans supporting pipeline and revenue goals. Coordinate program execution and optimization.
- Coordination and support of multiple concurrent campaigns and field initiatives (e.g., trade shows, field events, email and podcast campaigns) by owning workflow management, campaign logistics, and cross-team alignment using established systems and frameworks (e.g., Wrike)
- Work in tandem with B2B Sales & Marketing Teams supporting the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry and focusing heavily on digital transformation, robust cybersecurity, and integrated customer experiences
- Managing campaigns, supporting marketing strategy, project management, research, and adverting initiatives
- Maintain accurate forecasts and analyze performance across the demand funnel
- Attending trade shows and events
- Run multi-channel marketing communications in coordination with a sales team
