Aldridge is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to partner with the sales team in Houston, Dallas, and surrounding markets. You will plan and execute in-person events, equip sellers with materials, and ensure CRM accuracy to capture and route leads.

This hands-on role emphasizes organization, relationship-building, and execution across local markets. You will travel to support events, assist with trade shows and networking opportunities, and partner closely with the marketing team to turn

Competenze

• 1–3 years in marketing coordination or field marketing.
• Experience planning and running events.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional writing for emails and sales materials.
• Experience using a CRM, HubSpot preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute field events in collaboration with sales teams.
• Own event logistics from start to finish: venues, catering, vendors, registration, materials.
• Coordinate with venues, sponsors, and speakers to ensure smooth events.
• Staff booths at trade shows and drive conversations with attendees.
• Manage event materials, swag, and inventory.
• Track event expenses, receipts, and invoices; keep costs organized.
• Maintain attendee lists, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
