Aldridge is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to partner with the sales team in Houston and other local markets. You will plan, execute and staff in-person events, support prospect conversations, and ensure CRM accuracy for every lead and follow-up activity.

You will collaborate with sellers and the marketing team, travel to events, and manage materials, messaging, and post-event follow-ups to turn opportunities into new business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating in-person events for sales and marketing teams.
• Ability to create and update sales collateral and event materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with sellers, partners and attendees.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute in-person events with the sales team, from lunch & learns to trade shows.
• Own event logistics, budgeting, registrations, invitations, materials and shipping.
• Staff booths at events and represent Aldridge in conversations with prospects.
• Create and manage event swag and follow-up processes.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy for leads and post-event follow-up.
• Track attendance, leads and outcomes to drive improvements.
