LGI Homes seeks a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across multiple Cypress communities. You will plan and execute events, showcases, and Realtor engagements, driving traffic and enriching the customer experience.

This on-site role supports national campaigns locally and ensures brand-consistent signage, collateral, and digital listings. You will manage the full event process, coordinate with teams, track traffic trends, and provide weekly insights.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creativity and an eye for presentation, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills; proficiency with content editing tools.
• Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic and enhance customer experience.
• Activate national campaigns locally and improve community presentation to support sales performance.
• Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished and brand-consistent.
• Manage full event process from planning to onsite execution and post-event follow-up.
• Handle data entry, tracking traffic trends, reviewing online listings, and sharing weekly insights with leadership.
• Oversee marketing inventory and vendors; support photography and video needs; assist with launches and closeouts; keep information centers visitor-ready.
