Job summary

AVI Foodsystems seeks a Marketing & Engagement Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives across Schools Services Accounts. You will lead local campaigns, engagement programs, and merchandising, while ensuring brand standards across the territory and collaborating with operations and corporate marketing.

The role focuses on growing meal plan participation, analyzing performance data, and delivering marketing programs that enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years in contract food service, foodservice or hospitality marketing.
• Strong marketing and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Customer focused mindset with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory – 50% to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and measure a comprehensive territory marketing and engagement plans in partnership with operations leadership.
• Support meal plan growth in higher education through targeted campaigns and communication strategies.
• Identify and capitalize on retail revenue opportunities by analyzing performance and customer insights.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams on solutions to challenges and contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver creative marketing solutions tailored to client needs and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Manage digital and print communications, including menus, signage, newsletters, and email campaigns.
