Job summary

Aramark Student Nutrition seeks a Student Experience Manager to bridge Marketing and client locations, driving product innovations, promotions, and merchandising strategies. You’ll support client accounts, create compelling marketing plans, and push initiatives to increase meal growth and engagement.

You will collaborate with marketing and operations to implement new ideas, analyze results from Student ViewPOINT surveys, and ensure clear communications with parents, teachers, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience.
• A passion for the Hospitality industry, as well as Food and Beverage services.
• Ability to work effectively in a heavily matrixed organization & influence without formal authority.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
• A proven ability to increase sales and measure ROI on program implementations.
• Proactive and creative thinker with strategic mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation and client interaction.
• Proficient with social media and MS Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Experience with Canva and quick adaptability to digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Marketing Research and Data collection: focus groups, surveys, campus mapping, trend development/research, pricing analysis.
• Develop Marketing Plans; new strategies and tactics for promoting meal growth with additional programming and promotions.
• Support client reviews and presentations to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate events, marketing collateral, media interactions, and social media campaigns.
• Build relationships with clients, parents, teachers and staff to align goals.
• Oversee merchandising of stations and service areas to boost sales and meal uptake.
