Job summary

LGI Homes in the Dallas area seeks a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our community marketing to life across Creekside Estates, Southaven, Kingsborough, and Edmonds Ranch. This on-site role focuses on planning events, managing signage and listings, and partnering with Realtors to drive foot traffic and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Real estate marketing experience preferred.
• Strong event planning, project management and communication skills.
• Creative with presentation and multitasking ability.
• Social media and content creation proficiency.
• Digital tools for social media management and content editing.
• Willingness to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings and Realtor engagements to drive traffic.
• Activate national campaigns locally and improve community presentation.
• Support content creation and provide insights to drive sales performance.
• Ensure signage, collateral, and digital listings align with brand standards.
• Manage the full event process from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Handle data entry, reporting, and weekly leadership insights.
• Oversee marketing inventory, vendors, photography, and video needs.
• Assist with launches, closeouts, and information centers readiness.
