LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across communities by planning events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.

This field-based role coordinates national campaigns locally, ensures signage and collateral are brand-consistent, and manages full event processes from planning to post-event follow-up, while gathering insights to boost sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with 2+ years in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative with presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Proficient with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends for events.
• Skilled at building relationships with teams, partners, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and engagements.
• Support content creation and enhance community presentation.
• Track traffic trends, listings, and sign routes; provide weekly insights.
• Manage marketing inventory and vendor relations.
• Assist with photography/video needs and community launches.
