Job summary

M/I Homes is seeking a Division Marketing Coordinator to support community-level marketing operations, manage listings, collateral, and local vendor activity. You will work closely with the sales team, coordinate events, signage, photoshoots, and virtual tours, ensuring marketing deliverables reflect current pricing and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 1+ year of marketing coordination, event planning, digital content coordination, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for sales teams; manage requests and coordinate through completion.
• Audit MLS content and website listings for inventory homes, including pricing and photos.
• Administer marketing requests and content management platforms; coordinate collateral and revisions.
• Schedule and coordinate photoshoots, virtual tours, and self-tour experiences with local vendors.
• Coordinate collateral production and verify pricing, incentives, and brand standards.
• Coach sales teams to leverage organic social content for community marketing.
• Plan and execute consumer and real estate agent events, including invitations and post-event follow-up.
• Verify marketing invoices and manage distribution of promotional items.
• Maintain signage assets, approvals, and vendor communications.
