Job summary

M/I Homes is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support leadership in the development and distribution of personalized materials for multiple communities. You will manage MLS content and website updates, coordinate photoshoots, and assist in driving traffic to models and communities.

The role requires a 4-year marketing degree with 2–4 years of related experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented, customer-service minded mindset to partner with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing materials processing and development with leadership.
• Manage MLS content, inventory home data, descriptions, floorplans, and photos.
• Update website content and monitor pricing accuracy for new inventory homes.
• Plan and execute monthly community email marketing and social media ideas.
• Coordinate photoshoots, virtual tours, and community events with partners.
