Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Field Marketer. You will engage homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce remodeling services, and schedule free in-home demonstrations. No selling required, with uncapped bonuses and a clear path to management or sales leadership.

Average first-year earnings are projected between $55k and $75k, with top reps earning higher. Typical hours are M-F with 1pm–9pm shifts; a PTO policy starts on day one, and comprehensive benefits are

• Self-motivated with a drive for growth in sales/marketing.
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; thrives in person-to-person outreach.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach.
• Introduce remodeling services and offers through friendly and informative conversations.
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations; no hard selling required.
• Represent a highly rated brand in the home improvement industry.
• Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a management or sales career.
