Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Field Marketer to engage homeowners in local neighborhoods with direct, in-person outreach and to introduce remodeling services and offers. No selling required; you will schedule free in-home product demonstrations.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped bonuses, with typical first-year earnings of $55k–$75k, and a consistent M-F schedule with 1pm–9pm shifts, PTO from day one, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Self-motivated individuals with a passion for growth in sales and marketing.
• Outgoing and well-spoken individuals thrive in canvassing and in-person outreach.
• Availability for afternoon/evening shifts (1pm–9pm).
• Physical ability to stand/walk 6–8 hours and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach.
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly conversations.
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required).
