Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is looking for a Field Marketer to engage homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct outreach and conversation. You will introduce remodeling services, generate interest, and schedule free in-home demonstrations without selling.

Qualifications

• No experience required! (entry-level friendly)
• Prior experience is a plus, but we train those without
• Self-motivated individuals ready to invest effort
• Passion for growth and learning sales/marketing strategies
• Availability to work afternoons/evenings (1pm–9pm)
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; thrives in human interaction
• Physical requirements: stand/walk 6–8 hours, outdoor work, reach/bend as needed

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
• Introduce remodeling services and offers through friendly conversations
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations—no selling required
• Represent a highly rated brand in the industry
