Job summary

Mad City Windows, part of the Renuity family, is seeking a Field Marketer to engage homeowners in local neighborhoods and present remodeling services. You will set up free in-home product demonstrations and help homeowners understand offers with no hard selling involved.

The role offers uncapped bonuses, a consistent M–F schedule, and benefits. First-year earnings are projected to range from $55k to $75k, with potential to exceed this in top performances.

Qualifications

• No experience required, training provided.
• Self-motivated with growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for afternoon/evening shifts (12pm–8pm).
• Able to stand/walk 6–8 hours outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach.
• Introduce remodeling services and offers through friendly conversations.
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations (no selling required).
• Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry.
• Use this experience as a stepping-stone into management or advancing your sales career.
