Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Field Marketer to engage homeowners through in-person outreach and introduce remodeling services. You will generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations, with no selling required, while representing a highly rated brand.

The role offers a base hourly pay with uncapped bonuses, a consistent M-F schedule, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training available.
• Self-motivated individuals looking to grow in sales and marketing.
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings (1pm–9pm).
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; thrives in human interaction.
