Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an entry-level Field Marketer to meet homeowners, spark interest, and set in-home consultations. Earn $20 per hour plus uncapped bonuses, with paid training from Day 1 and a Monday–Friday schedule.

No experience required — you’ll learn on the job and grow into leadership roles such as Manager in Training. You’ll work outdoors in local neighborhoods and help qualify appointments for our sales team, building a future in-home sales career.
