Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking a Field Marketer to engage homeowners with in-person outreach and explain remodeling services. This role emphasizes conversation over hard selling and offers a clear path to management or sales advancement.

You will work weekdays, with afternoons and evenings shifts (1pm–9pm) across local neighborhoods. Base hourly pay plus uncapped bonuses, paid time off from day one, and comprehensive benefits are provided.
