Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Field Marketer to engage homeowners through in-person outreach, present remodeling services, and schedule free in-home demonstrations. You’ll represent a top-rated brand and gain early exposure to management or advanced sales opportunities.

No experience is required; we train, reward self-motivation, energy, and communication. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with 1pm–9pm shifts, outdoor canvassing, and performance bonuses that can push

Qualifications

• No experience required, training provided.
• Self-motivated individuals who want to grow in sales/marketing.
• Availability for afternoon/evening shifts (1pm–9pm).
• Must be able to stand/walk outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods through in-person outreach.
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers via conversation.
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations—no selling required.
• Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry.
• Use this experience as a stepping-stone into management or higher sales roles.
