Job summary

Fischer Homes is seeking a Field Manager for the Dayton Division to oversee the construction and delivery of new homes, ensuring quality, timeliness, cost control, and customer satisfaction. You will be the primary contact for trade partners, customers, and internal associates for each home overseen.

You will thrive by using real data to solve problems, communicating with customers and trade partners, and approaching tasks in a systematic and orderly manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in project management or residential construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead trade partners and suppliers to ensure building standards are achieved.
• Establish, deliver, and adhere to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct homeowner meetings, walk-throughs, and weekly updates with the customers.
• Identify and document all recurring rework items and notify appropriate departments to ensure elimination from future homes.
