The Fischer Group is seeking a Field Manager for its Florida Division to oversee the construction and delivery of new homes, ensuring quality, timeliness, cost control, and customer satisfaction. You will be the primary contact for trade partners, customers, and internal teams on each home.

The role emphasizes managing schedules and budgets, leading trade partners, conducting homeowner meetings, and driving continuous improvement through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Prior experience in project management or residential construction.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead trade partners to meet building standards.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct homeowner meetings, walkthroughs, and weekly updates.
• Identify recurring rework items and notify departments to prevent future issues.
• Ensure budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met or surpassed.
