Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc. seeks a Field Manager to lead a team of field representatives and actively participate in daily field operations. You will coach, manage performance, and drive results on a local Lexington market team.

You will report to the Nicholasville office for meetings, planning, and training. Requires previous D2D, canvassing, Outside Sales, or Field Leadership experience; CRM experience preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, outside sales, or field leadership.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of a field-based canvassing and sales team.
• Maintain an active in-field presence, working alongside team members.
• Drive door-to-door lead generation and territory execution.
• Train, coach, and develop team members on pitch delivery, appointment setting, and customer interactions.
• Monitor and manage performance metrics including doors knocked, appointments set, and conversion rates.
• Hold team members accountable to activity and performance expectations.
• Ensure alignment with company processes, standards, and expectations.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Leadership teams.
• Maintain professionalism in all customer-facing and team interactions.
