JD RMD Group/Garage in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Field Manager to lead experiential marketing and live events for multiple automotive clients. You will serve as on-site lead and oversee staff to ensure flawless activations.

This role requires 3+ years in live events and strong leadership, with travel possible; you will collaborate with Account Managers and engage attendees, delivering brand messages and insights.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, live events, or field marketing.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or automotive activations is highly preferred.
• Highly competent in team/people management (required).
• Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the on-site lead for experiential marketing activations and live events.
• Manage and oversee event staff, ensuring professionalism and seamless execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for on-site issues and escalate when needed.
• Engage with attendees, articulate brand messaging, and create meaningful interactions.
• Provide post-event feedback to Account Managers to improve future activations.
• Maintain professionalism in varied environments and weather conditions.
• Support automotive live events and large-scale experiential programs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
