Qualifications

• 3+ years in experiential marketing, event production, brand activations, agency production, or live event operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating vendors, staffing, logistics, or event operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, mobile tours, pop-ups, festivals, corporate activations, and immersive brand experiences.
• Coordinate activation timelines, production schedules, setup requirements, staffing plans, and checklists.
• Assist with on-site production management, setup supervision, troubleshooting, and staff coordination.
• Maintain production records, quotes, and vendor communications; support budgeting and cost-saving opportunities.
