Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Montgomery, AL seeks a Field Manager for Emergency Road Service providers to supervise contracted stations, ensure service quality, and resolve member issues. You will coach stations, review performance, and manage contract terms while coordinating with ERS leadership across the territory.

The role requires 4–6 years in contract station relations, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years Contract station relations Required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the towing industry and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills required, including excellent presentation skills.
• General management, organizational and time management skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Visio required.
• Valid Driver's License, acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles record and minimum liability insurance - Issued by State Required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guidance and motivation to service providers on performance thresholds, business practices, driver training and conduct, and contract requirements.
• Supervise activities of independent contract stations within field territory and evaluate performance.
• Inspect and evaluate station locations for facilities, equipment, and drivers’ appearance.
• Investigate, document, and resolve member and customer service issues.
• Ensure consistent station coverage by assessing coverage needs and reviewing new station applications.
• Prepare proposals for expansion or reduction of station call volumes and oversee redistribution.
• Network with ERS management on dispatch procedures and provider concerns.
• Attend ERS meetings and sit on ERS committees as needed.
• Mediates and resolves disputes between AAA members and contracted service providers; may involve CSR Field Manager.
