Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking ERS Field Representatives in Minnesota to recruit and onboard contractors, travel to build relationships, and monitor performance. You will guide contractors to align with AAA/ACG programs, while ensuring member satisfaction through field visits and operational support.

This role requires regular travel (up to 25-75% of time), a valid driver's license, and strong skills in coaching, data analysis, and communication to drive program adoption and improve service

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or Technical School graduate/certification.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting and onboarding contractors to include responsibilities and KPIs.
• Analyze metrics and determine contractor needs across territories.
• Contract and contractor onboarding, training coordination, and performance reviews.
• Monitor contractor KPIs and maintain automotive standards; manage costs per call.
