Overview

The primary responsibility of the Field Manager is to oversee flooring trades on construction sites, ensuring proper management of materials, quality installations, and providing excellent service to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

1. Understand flooring installation processes, including pre-installation inspections, during and post-installation quality control, and measurement and installation techniques.
2. Manage the work of flooring independent contractors to ensure timely and accurate installation in accordance with builder timelines and requirements.
3. Supervise installation activities and oversee material management during installations.
4. Conduct quality control for all cabinet installations.
5. Coordinate schedules with builder superintendents and subcontractors.
6. Assist in warranty resolution for completed homes.
7. Perform other field duties as assigned.
